I know this is a super late comment and you are so busy that you probably won’t see it, but I was wondering if you have any advice for me, I have just started swimming like eight months ago and my favorite stroke is breaststroke and I am really scared to race in my next meet because I will be turning thirteen soon, and all the other kids are faster then me. So I was also wondering if when you are doing breaststroke if you need to keep your head down when you come up to breath, and also how high up do you need to be to breathe because my coach said that I was coming out of the water to much, so I stoped and now he is saying I am not coming up out of the water enough. So any thoughts or advice you would recommend. Thank you for if you read this. You are truly the best swimmer there is Adam. Thank you.
